1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within few days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Item must be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Sale items or items purchased during promotions.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personal care items for hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back.
  3. Once your return is approved, ship the item to the address provided, using a trackable shipping method. Noah Vibe is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted if the item shows signs of use or is not in its original condition.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details, and we will arrange the exchange process.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the wrong item was shipped, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
